Sacramental Programme

Reconciliation, First Holy Communion & Confirmation

During the year, our Year 3 pupils prepare to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation and the Sacrament of Holy Communion. Our Year 6 pupils prepare to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation.

We work closely with Father George and our Parish to support our pupils and help them to grow spiritually and deepen their Faith.

This year, our Mass of Commitment is on Sunday 4th February, 2024 at 10.30am at Sacred Heart Church.

Confirmation

Confirmation Workshop for children and parents: Tuesday 6th February, 2024 at 8.50am

Thank you to all who joined to help the children learn more about the Gifts and Fruits of the Holy Spirit.

Confirmation Meeting for parents: Wednesday 28th February, 2024 at 5.30pm

Year 6 Confirmation Mass: Tuesday 19th March, 2024 at 6.00pm at Sacred Heart, Tunstall.

Congratulations to all of our pupils who received the Sacrament on March 19th.

Information is sent out throughout the year to parents concerning meetings in church and at school to support your child’s journey through their Sacraments.

It is important that the children are attending weekend Mass regularly as part of their own Sacramental Preparations. Please see our Parish Mass Times on our website.
