Feast Day - 14th August

St. Maximilian Kolbe demonstrated the Catholic Social Teaching principle of the dignity of the human person through his willingness to value and protect human life, even at the cost of his own. His actions throughout his life, reflected the belief that all people deserve respect, care, and protection regardless of their circumstances. He put the needs and value of another person above his own life, demonstrating that every person is precious and worthy of love and respect

We will celebrate this special Feast Day in school on Wednesday 27^th January, on Holocaust Memorial Day.
